Delivery & Order Collection

We carefully prepare every ST DESIGN garment according to the customer’s selected design, measurements, fabric and individual requirements.

Orders are processed after the required order confirmation and payment.
Completion times may vary depending on the type and complexity of the order.
Customers will be informed about the expected completion or collection date.
Delivery may be available depending on the customer’s location.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be communicated to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Completed orders may also be collected directly from our showroom.

Returns & Exchanges

Because ST DESIGN provides custom-made and made-to-measure garments, returns and exchanges are subject to specific conditions.

Customized garments cannot normally be returned or exchanged after tailoring has started.
If there is a confirmed tailoring or manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers should check their garment when receiving or collecting the order.
Garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or modified by the customer may not be eligible for return or correction.
Please contact ST DESIGN before sending or returning any garment.
Any approved alteration, exchange or refund will be handled according to the circumstances of the order.

The following conditions apply to rented wedding suits and other rental garments:

Rental garments must be returned within the agreed rental period.
Customers are responsible for returning rented garments in good condition.
Additional charges may apply for damage, loss or late return.
Rental conditions and any applicable deposit will be communicated before the rental is confirmed.
