We provide tailoring, clothing, and related services for ladies and gentlemen, including:

• Wedding suit rental
• 2-piece and 3-piece suit tailoring
• Office shirt and trouser tailoring
• Ladies’ and gentlemen’s clothing
• Chef coat tailoring
• Lab coat tailoring
• First fitting services

Measurements & Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming their selected measurements, designs, colors, fabrics, styles, and other requirements before the tailoring or production process begins.

Because garments may be custom-made and involve manual tailoring work, the final product may have minor differences from reference photographs, digital images, samples, or inspiration designs.

Prices and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the selected fabric, design, garment type, customization, measurements, quantity, accessories, tailoring requirements, and other order-specific factors.

Customers must make the required payment, deposit, or balance payment according to the terms agreed for their order.

Where online payment facilities are provided, transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers or payment gateways.

Wedding Suit Rental

Rented garments must be returned within the agreed rental period and in good condition.

Customers may be responsible for additional charges resulting from damage, loss, excessive staining, missing accessories, or late returns.

Order Changes

Any changes to measurements, design, color, fabric, quantity, or other order details should be communicated before tailoring or production begins.

Changes requested after production has started may result in additional charges, changes to the expected completion date, or may not be possible depending on the stage of the order.

Delivery & Collection

Customers will be informed about an estimated completion, collection, or delivery date where applicable.

Completion times may vary depending on garment complexity, customization requirements, material availability, order volume, fitting requirements, or other circumstances.

Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information where delivery is requested.

Customer Responsibility

Customers should carefully review and confirm their order details, measurements, selected designs, colors, fabrics, quantities, prices, and other requirements before confirming an order.

Customers should also attend requested fittings where necessary to help ensure the garment is prepared according to the agreed requirements.

Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and may depend on whether tailoring, customization, preparation, or other work has already started.
